I thought it was the pressure and the circumstances causing it, but it wasn't. It was the unrelenting chatter in my own head.

What I discovered was the inside-out nature of human experience - that my struggle wasn't caused by the circumstances themselves, but by my thinking about them. When I stopped fighting reality, clarity, emerged. It showed me there's wisdom beyond all the chatter, always there, always available.

The process was simple:
• Have a thought → let it pass
• Mind clears → awareness returns
• Presence shows up → resourcefulness arises

The same understanding that helped me survive personal challenges also transformed how I worked with leadership teams and organisations. Not because I learned something new. Because I remembered what I already had.

I bring over 18 years of senior People & Culture leadership across some of Australia's most trusted brands, including the NRMA, Westpac, Ventia and Navitas. I've worked alongside executives and senior leadership teams to deliver measurable business impact through digital transformation, culture change and operational excellence.

What sets me apart is my understanding that sustainable transformation doesn't come from adding more frameworks or processes. It comes from clarity, the kind that emerges when the mental chatter softens and people's natural capacity comes through. The same understanding that helped me navigate professional and personal struggles now underpins Illumiaid’s work with leadership teams and organisations.
